Stretching over two départements, Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park (PNR) was created in 1998. The rich history of the territory it covers and the variety of its landscapes make it an exciting park to discover. It includes 74 municipalities over an area of 1900 square kilometres with approximately 51,000 inhabitants. The territory of Mareuil en Périgord (150 square kilometres) is part of the PNR.

The PNR’s website is also available in English (as well as in Dutch, German and Spanish) : https://www.pnr-perigord-limousin.fr/en/

The PNR recently created accounts on the info apps IntraMuros and PanneauPocket. These apps, which you can download onto your smartphone free of charge, allow municipalities and local associations to inform app users about planned events.
